Community Guidelines

FOLQIN is a professional network. Treat it like a studio, a showroom and a trade fair: be honest, credit your collaborators and respect people.

The rules

• Be yourself. No fake profiles or impersonating people, brands or companies.
• Credit honestly. Share work you made or have the right to share, and credit the team. No stolen work.
• Deal honestly. No scams: advance-payment requests for goods that never ship, fake suppliers or buyers, changed bank details, fake invoices. Keep deals on FOLQIN until you trust the other side.
• Sell only what is legal. No counterfeit or "replica" goods, no protected-species materials without permits, nothing illegal to sell. See the Professional Listings Policy.
• Respect people. No harassment, bullying, hate, threats or encouraging violence.
• Keep it professional. Fashion imagery is welcome; explicit sexual content and sexual solicitation are not.
• Never share intimate images of anyone without consent, including edited or AI-made ones.
• Protect children. Content that sexualises or endangers children is removed at once and reported to the authorities.
• No spam: repetitive promotion, mass messages to strangers, misleading links.
• Label AI-made media that looks real.

What happens when rules are broken

• We remove what breaks the rules and add a strike that counts for 90 days.
• First strike: a warning. Second: limits for 7 days (no posts, listings, events or messages to people you are not connected with). Third: suspension for 7 days. Fourth: 30 days. Continued abuse: the account is closed; a person always decides this.
• The most serious harms (child safety, threats, intimate images shared without consent, fraud with victims) lead to suspension at once.
• Every decision tells you the rule, how long it lasts and how to appeal.

Reporting

Use Report on any post, Passport, listing or company page. Reporters are never named to the member. Someone in danger? Contact local emergency services first.
