Skill endorsements and recommendations
How connections vouch for your work.
Endorsements
Connections can endorse the skills on your Passport with one tap. The count next to each skill shows how many people vouched for it. Endorsements add to your trust score.
Recommendations
A connection can write a short recommendation about working with you. You decide whether it appears on your Passport: open it from your notifications and choose Show or Hide. You can change your mind later.
Asking for one
The best recommendations come from people you made work with. Credit them on your posts first, then ask.
